Psalm XIII

How great you are,
How unfathomable your ways, O G-d.
How you delight in drawing us
into your mystery;
How rich your grace as we
stumble over it.
You are living water for parched throats;
You are fullness for the empty;
indeed, a feast for the famished.
You are vision for the sightless,
and perfect harmony for the deaf.
You do not keep time;
You spin out your desires as you judge right.
A cry of longing you answer
in the ripeness of your purpose.
In silence we hear you loudest;
Within our depths you surface.
L-rd of wisdom seen as foolishness,
bring your paradoxes into our midst.
Let us walk with you in the balance between.
